Rod Groch is the General Manager at PGC Legal, responsible for overseeing the firm’s operational and financial management and supporting the delivery of its strategic objectives.
Rod is a senior professional services executive with more than 25 years’ experience across legal, accounting and consulting environments in Australia and the Middle East. He has held senior operational and leadership roles within law firms and other professional services organisations, working closely with partners and leadership teams to strengthen performance and support sustained growth.
A qualified accountant and Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Rod also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy and Communications. His experience spans financial management, governance, business operations and strategy execution, with a focus on improving systems, enhancing efficiency and building capable management structures.
At PGC Legal, Rod works closely with partners and senior lawyers to ensure the firm’s operational framework supports its continued development. His focus is on aligning strategy with execution, strengthening internal systems and supporting a collaborative, high performing environment.
