Melanie is a commercial solicitor with broad experience across intellectual property, information technology, business transactions, property, tax and insolvency.

  • business sales, leasing, software and e-commerce agreements, intellectual property registration and licensing, terms of trade and service arrangements, establishment of business entities, and structuring advice.
• Commercial litigation and dispute resolution:
  • advising on contractual issues and assisting in disputes involving equity and trusts, information technology, intellectual property, construction, subcontracting arrangements and employment agreements.
• Succession planning and asset protection:
