The death of a loved one is always an emotional and difficult time. That time can be made even more difficult if you feel you’ve been left out of a will, whether completely or to some extent to the benefit of other beneficiaries, and you’re not sure about your rights and obligations.

Whatever your role, whether you are executor or beneficiary, if there is a dispute regarding an estate or trust arrangement, we can assist you to make the process as smooth as possible, including by:
