Peter is a Partner of PGC Legal and was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 1996.

Peter acts for a number of small, medium and large businesses and provides advice on a broad range of issues. With a strong background in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Peter has represented clients in matters which range from large scale complex litigation, to smaller debt recovery matters. Peter has significant experience dealing with contractual disputes, competition and consumer law, corporations matters, landlord & tenant disputes, defamation and trust disputes.

In addition to a background in Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Peter also has broad experience in areas which include:
