Arkja was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in March 2024.

Prior to joining PGC Legal, she practised at an Adelaide law firm across a mixed employment, injury and civil litigation practice, including matters before the South Australian Employment Tribunal and advice to employers, local councils and corporate clients under the Return to Work Act 2014 (SA). She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Arkja assists the PGC Legal team in:

• Commercial and civil litigation;
• Construction disputes;
• Defamation;
• Contractual disputes;
• Corporate and partnership disputes;
• Corporate and personal insolvency disputes and restructuring;
• Debt recovery and enforcement;
• Dispute resolution, including conciliations, directions hearings and negotiated settlements;
• Property disputes; and
• Employment Law, including providing advice on terminations, Unfair Dismissal Applications, and General Protection Applications
