In a legal career spanning over 30 years, Arnie has focused on the advisory, transactional and litigation aspects of corporate and commercial law. He regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, creditors and other key stakeholders in:

• Insolvencies;
• Corporate recoveries;
• Corporate restructurings; and
• Litigation.

Arnie joined PGC legal as a consultant in February 2025 and his past experience and expertise assists him to deliver “front end” advice and solutions to our clients in a broad range of transactions.

As a litigator, Arnie is involved in resolving disputes ranging from contractual and trade practices disputes through to defamation claims and property settlements. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including

• Aviation;
• Agribusiness;
• Property and construction;
• Wine; and
• Public sector.

Arnie has served on a number of not-for-profit boards and is currently a member of the Aquaculture Tenancies Allocation Board.
