Ben was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University.

Prior to joining PGC Legal, Ben gained experience, acting for individuals, families, property owners and small businesses across wills and estates, conveyancing and commercial leasing; managing matters from initial instructions to completion. He also has more than five years’ experience owning and operating small businesses, providing him with a practical understanding of the legal and commercial challenges faced by business owners.

Ben assists the PGC Legal team in:

• Contracts for the sale and purchase of land, including advising on pre-purchase due diligence, contract terms and building inspection outcomes;
• Conveyancing and property transactions, including subdivision-related requirements;
• Commercial leasing, including drafting and negotiating lease agreements through to execution;
• Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives;
• Probate applications, deceased estate administration and distribution;
• Estate matters involving real property assets, including valuation and asset identification; and
• General commercial and corporate matters.
