David entered the legal profession in 2009 following a 10-year history in the service and hospitality industry. He has substantial experience in commercial litigation matters following experience in boutique and large national law firms.

David also has strong experience in health regulation, having worked at AHPRA for over 4 years. A skilled investigator and leader, David managed several large teams of investigators, dealing with the high risk and complex matters involving health practitioners.

David’s history in investigations means that he is well equipped to advise on investigative processes. Specifically, David can:

• Conduct high-quality investigations, both simple and complex, with clear findings and recommendations;
• Assist organisations in developing stronger policies and procedures around
  investigations; and
• Assist those who are the subject of investigations.
