Gemma is a Paralegal at PGC Legal, supporting the team across a range of matters, particularly transactions handled by our Commercial and Property team.

Qualifications and Training:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons), University of Adelaide (2017);
  • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP), College of Law (2018);
  • Bachelor of Business & Commerce, University of Adelaide;
  • Bachelor of Marketing & Communications, University of South Australia;
  • Diploma of Italian, University of Adelaide (2012) – Fluent in Italian; and
  • Certificate III in Conveyancing, TAFE SA.

Gemma has experience in and assists with:

  • Residential and commercial conveyancing;
  • Property due diligence and contract preparation;
  • Transfers, leases, caveats, and related Land Services SA dealings;
  • Business sale and purchase transactions;
  • Preparation and coordination of settlement documents; and
  • Liaising with agents, brokers, financiers, and other external stakeholders.

Gemma originally worked with PGC Legal while completing her law degree in 2014 for a number of years and then contracted with various firms across South Australia in property, conveyancing, and leasing while raising three children. She spent part of her schooling in Italy, which helped her become fluent in Italian and develop strong cross-cultural communication skills. Gemma returned to PGC Legal in July 2025.
