Sini was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of South Australia in May 2019.

Following this, Sini obtained experience in an established Adelaide law firm before joining PGC Legal in 2021. At PGC Legal, Sini’s practice is focused on commercial disputes and alternative dispute resolution and employment law.

Sini assists the PGC Legal team across the firm’s practice, including in:

• Employment Law:
  • Drafting and Reviewing Employment Agreements;
  • Restraint and Non-Competition Clauses;
  • Workplace Investigations; and
  • Fair Work Commission matters including:
    • Unfair Dismissal Applications; and
    • General Protections Applications.
  • SA Employment Tribunal matters;
  • Underpayment of Wages Claims;
  • Workers’ Compensation; and
  • Awards.
• Contractual disputes;
• Insolvency disputes;
• Landlord and tenant, and retail commercial leasing disputes;
• Estate disputes;
• Debt recovery and enforcement;
• Assisting registered health practitioners maintain their registration by providing advice in relation to compliance with legal and ethical obligations, and AHPRA and other requirements; and
• Supporting health practitioners respond to Notifications and disciplinary proceedings brought by the various Health Practitioner Boards.
