Peter was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in September 1996 and is a Partner at PGC Legal.
Peter has extensive commercial legal experience, with a primary focus on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He advises and represents clients across a wide range of contested matters, bringing a practical and strategic approach to achieving outcomes that are commercially sensible.
In addition to his litigation practice, Peter has strong experience in front-end property and commercial matters. This allows him to assist clients in identifying and addressing legal risks at an early stage.
Peter also has a long-standing practice in wills and estates, including estate planning, probate and estate administration. He regularly advises individuals and families in relation to succession planning and the administration of deceased estates, including in sensitive and complex circumstances.
